◎ Pre Order 
• The pre-order item will be shipped after the release date. We ship pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order item, all of your orders will be shipped together when the pre-order items are released. If you would like your in-stock item to be delivered first, kindly order an in-stock item and a pre-order item separately.

• Release dates of products are subject to change beyond our control which can change the expected shipping date of your order. If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, we will notify you via the email.
