We ship worldwide to over 200 countries.
The perfect condition of customer's orders is our top priority, so we’re inspecting goods before we ship, and we’re working around the clock to make sure that you can get your orders as quickly as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe. You will be notified via email once your order is shipped.

All international orders are shipped via Standard (Korea Post), FedEx and DHL Express service, which offers fully tracked delivery to the delivery point. All domestic (South Korea) orders are shipped via Korea Post and CJ Express.  

• Fedex, DHL : 3~7 business days.
• Standard.    : 15~40 business days.

Shipping costs and methods vary by country and weight of the item. You can preview the shipping fee in your cart after specifying your address before completing the order.
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes and customs duties imposed by the destination country. 

📦 If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order item, all of your orders will be shipped together when the pre-order items are released. If you would like your in-stock item to be delivered first, kindly order an in-stock item and a pre-order item separately.

In some cases, It may take several more days during a holiday, festival, sale, or other circumstances beyond our control.
