Are your products authentic?
We are an established, reputable distributor of Naver, Coupang and other major stores in South Korea.
All of our products are 100% Authentic and Official.
We DO NOT sell Unofficial, Fakes, Replicas or Refurbished products in any circumstance.

When will my pre-order be shipped?
The pre-order item will be shipped after the release date. We ship pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order item, all of your orders will be shipped together when the pre-order items are released. If you would like your in-stock item to be delivered first, kindly order an in-stock item and a pre-order item separately.
Release dates of products are subject to change beyond our control which can change the expected shipping date of your order. If the scheduled release date of an item that you have pre-ordered changes, we will notify you via the email.
Do you restock any of your products?
We do restock products.
The best way to keep track of what’s being restocked is to subscribe to our newsletter, where we aim to share regular restock updates, or to click the ‘Notify me when available’ notification on the product page.

What payment options do you have?
You can pay for your order with credit cards or PayPal.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once you have placed an order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email.
If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder or contact us. support@kpophero.com
I just placed an order, but can I cancel or modify my order?
Before the item has been packaged for shipping, you can cancel or modify your order. Please contact us and include your order # as soon as possible. support@kpophero.com
Do I have to pay duties / taxes?
Please be aware that some countries may charge import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives.
These duties or taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Can I return my order to you?

The outer case is only for protecting the inner goods. The case may have minor scratches or other damage, which we can't control. It is not a reason for exchange or return.
If you receive damaged products that are unacceptable, please contact us.
Can I use multiple discount codes?
Unfortunately, only one discount code can be used per purchase.
I forgot to use my discount code or voucher, can you add it?
A discount code will only be applied at checkout if entered by you, the customer. If you do not enter this discount code, we will not be able to refund the difference in cost later. We suggest that you check to see if the code was successfully added before completing your order.
SHIPPING
Which countries do you ship to ?
We ship worldwide to over 200 countries.
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will look into whether FedEx and DHL can deliver to your destination.

⚠️ Please note that because of the severe importing restrictions, shipping to Russia might experience delays in deliveries.
What courier company do you use?
All international orders are shipped via Standard (Korea Post), FedEx and DHL Express service, which offers fully tracked delivery to the delivery point.
All domestic (South Korea) orders are shipped via Korea Post and CJ Express.
How long will it take to get my orders?
• International orders normally arrive within 3-7 business days via FedEX and DHL.
- Standard Shipping takes 15- 40 business days.
• Domestic(South Korea) orders normally arrive within 1-2 business days.
📦 If your order includes a Pre-Order, your shipment will be sent out once the pre-ordered items are released.
Once your order has been successfully submitted, the warehouse will begin processing it within 24 hours. The perfect condition of customer's orders is our top priority, so we’re inspecting goods before we ship, and we’re working around the clock to make sure that you can get your orders as quickly as possible whilst keeping deliveries safe.
In some cases, It may take several more days during a holiday, festival, sale, or other circumstances beyond our control.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs and methods vary by country and weight of the item. You can preview the shipping fee in your cart after specifying your address before completing the order.
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes and customs duties imposed by the destination country.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
We will be happy to change the shipping address for you order.
Please email us with your order number and the new address as soon as you can. support@kpophero.com
⚠️ We're unable to modify your order if it has already entered the packing process.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information and an estimated delivery date from our partner courier.
You can also click Track Order to verify the order's status.
I received a faulty / incorrect item, what do I do?
We are so sorry if your purchase is not perfect. All faulty products can be returned for a full refund or exchange.
